Will insurance cover my evaluation/therapy?

Insurance will usually cover the evaluation. We will contact your insurance to find out if they will authorize treatment after the evaluation.

What are your hours?

Our hours are 8-12 and 1-5 M-F.  We will at times see patients before 8, during the noon hour and after 5 based upon therapist availability.

Do I need a physician referral?

You do not need a physician referral for physical therapy if you are insured by BC/BS of ND.

Otherwise, in order to have your evaluation and/or treatment paid by your medical insurance, you will need a physician referral.

What should I wear for my appointment?

You can wear comfortable, casual clothes.  We have shorts and gowns for you to change into if need be.

How long will my appointment be?

Typically an evaluation will take about 1 hour.  There is some variability based on what is being evaluated.  The scheduler will let you know how long you should expect your evaluation to last.  Once your evaluation is complete, your therapist will let you know how long your follow up appointments will be should you require therapy.

Should I bring medical records and X-ray reports to my appointment?

Yes, any information you have to share about your diagnosis or injury will be helpful.  Also please bring a list of your current medications.
