Jean Herauf, SLP – Area Manager

Jean is from Dickey, North Dakota and a graduate of the University of North Dakota. She has more than 30 years of experience working primarily with neurogenic disorders including post-CVA, traumatic brain injury, dysphagia and voice disorders. She is certified in Lee Silverman Voice Treatment and Vital Stim (electrical stimulation for swallowing) and is trained in Beckman Oral Motor assessment and intervention.

Cory Ash, PT – Assistant Manager

Cory is from Underwood and a graduate of the University of North Dakota. He is a board-certified specialist in orthopaedic physical therapy (OCS), a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), an APTA-credentialed clinical instructor and an ASTYM certified therapist. He also received training in dry needling from Dr. Ma’s Integrative Dry Needling.

Brett Hample, PT – Rehab Director

Originally from LaMoure, Brett graduated from the University of Mary earning his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Brett is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), certified in ASTYM and certified in dry needling through KinetaCore. He specializes in orthopedics and vestibular disorders.

Jim Hjellming, PTA – Rehab Director

Originally from Webster, South Dakota, Jim has more than 20 years of experience with RehabVisions in Dickinson. He has an Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy from St Philip’s College in San Antonio, Texas.

Brady Martin, PT

Originally from Richardton, Brady graduated with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Mary. A former collegiate athlete, he has special interests in orthopedic and sport-related injures. He is certified in dry needling for craniofacial, upper extremity and lower extremity conditions.

 

Chelsey Meier, OT

Chelsey is originally from Bismarck and has a Master’s degree in occupational therapy from the University of Mary. She specializes in geriatrics and upper extremity orthopedic conditions.

Deb Vaagen, PTA

Deb Vaagen is originally from Richardton. She graduated from UND-Williston with her Associates Degree in Physical Therapy. We first got to know Deb during one of her clinical rotations as a student at St Joseph’s Hospital. She has been practicing for more than 19 years. She enjoys working with geriatrics. She has three children and is active in Dickinson Hockey.

Jenna Beck, PT

Jenna is from Cartwright and graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree as well as her BS in Athletic Training from the University of Mary. She specializes in geriatrics and has enjoyed helping others improve in geriatric settings since graduating in 2008.

Jenna Weisz, OT

Jenna is from Oakes and a graduate of the University of Mary with a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. She specializes in pediatrics including autism spectrum disorders and sensory-processing disorders. Jenna is certified in Therapeutic Listening® and a member of the AOTA and NDOTA.

Jordyn Braun, COTA

Originally from Wahpeton, Jordyn graduated with her Associates of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy from NDSCS. She also has her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from MSUM. She specializes in pediatric occupational therapy with interests in social skills, emotional regulation, fine motor delays and mindfulness.

Katie Rummel, OT

Katie is originally from Dickinson and has a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Mary. She specializes in pediatrics and upper extremity orthopedics.

Katie Schlosser, PT

Originally from Glendive, Montana, Katie graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Mary. Katie is a board-certified specialist of pediatric physical therapy (Pediatric Certified Specialist). She also has certification in lymphedema treatments (CLT). Katie sees children through the lifespan and patients with a women’s health-related diagnosis. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Academy of Pediatric Physical Therapy.

Originally from Dickinson, Katie graduated from the University of North Dakota with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She specializes in pediatric physical therapy, pelvic rehabilitation and lymphedema.

Kayla Selinger, PT

Kayla is from Mandan and graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of North Dakota. She is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist and also specializes in wound care, home health services and orthopedics.

Miranda Kuhn, OT

Originally from Dickinson, Miranda graduated from the University of Mary in Bismarck with a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. She specializes in geriatrics.

Mitzi Yanish, PTA

Mitzi is from Kenmare and a graduate of Northwest Technical College in East Grand Forks. Specialty areas include orthopedics, pain management, strain/counterstrain, aquatic therapy and joint replacement rehabilitation. She is a Joint Camp Facilitator and Instructor.

Rayel McCoy, OT

Originally from Upton, Wyoming, Rayel graduated with a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Mary in Bismarck. She specializes in geriatrics.

Sara Farrell, PT

Sara is from Glen Ullin and graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Mary. She is a certified lymphedema therapist (CLT) and also certified in ASTYM. She sees a variety of patients from pediatrics to geriatrics along with various conditions from orthopedics to wound care and lymphedema.

Shelby Brewer, PTA

Shelby is from Sheridan Wyoming. She earned her PTA degree from Laramie County Community College in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Her areas of interest include orthopedics, geriatrics, inpatient rehab, home health services and outpatient rehab.

Sondra Kolling, COTA

Originally from Dickinson, Sondra is a graduate of North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton. She specializes in Geriatrics and is certified in Physical Agent Modalities.

Tara Caudle, PT

Tara is from Carrington and graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of North Dakota. She is a certified lymphedema therapist. She specializes in the geriatric population, fascial counterstrain techniques and wound treatment. She is also an APTA-credentialed clinical instructor.

Vanessa Hoff, PT

Originally from Hebron, Vanessa graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Mary. She is a certified LSVT BIG clinician providing specialized care for those who have Parkinson’s disease. She sees a variety of patients from pediatrics to elderly.

Valerie Honkala, PTA

Valerie is from Cokato Minnesota. She earned her PTA degree from Finlandia University in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Michigan Technological University. Her areas of interest include orthopedics, geriatrics, cardiac/pulmonary rehab and neurological physical therapy.

Heather is originally from New Orleans, where she graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Heather enjoys working with geriatrics, neurogenic disorders and children with autism spectrum disorder.

Sierra is originally from Dickinson and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree as well as her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Mary. She loves working with the geriatric population.

Mackenzie Woodworth, SLP

Mackenzie is originally from Spokane, Washington, where she graduated from Washington State University with a Master’s degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences. She specializes in pediatric speech-language therapy with interests in feeding/swallowing, language/literacy and autism spectrum disorders.

Ashleigh Stanfield, SLP

Ashleigh was born in Texas but has lived all over the United States. She graduated from Bowling Green State University with her Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology. She specializes in pediatrics. with interests in autism spectrum disorders, literacy and phonological disorders. ​

Sarah Gromko, SLP

Sarah earned her Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Southeastern Louisiana University and her Bachelor’s degree from Berklee College of Music in Boston. She has presented at regional and national conferences on her systematic review of music used in speech-language pathology interventions and is certified in LSVT-LOUD. She enjoys working with patients across the lifespan, specifically in neurogenic and voice disorders.
